Revolution Makeup palette review

Makeup Revolution is a London based beauty company that was launched in March 2014. Their brand idea is to deliver revolutionary products at revolutionary prices. They basically follow the hottest makeup trends out there and create products that are more affordable and available. Of course they are cruelty free.

As soon as I saw their massive makeup stand in Superdrug, I was hooked! They offer wide range of makeup items in all the colours of your imagination. I opted for Ultra 32 Shade Eyeshadow palette in Eyes Like Angel. It's their most colourful palette and I desperately needed a bit of diversity in my makeup collection. It was a bargain, cost me only £8! Seemed a bit too good to be true.

The shadows are a bit powdery, however, they feel really nice and are easy to blend. You will need a primer to get the full colour payoff and make them last longer, because without a base they will fade quite quickly. The colours vary from bring pinks, to greens and even a mustard-y yellow shade. Can't imagine ever using that one…

It's a great budget palette if you're anything like me and prefer more neutral shades, but sometimes wish you could have a bright purple smokey eye. I created 2 different looks with this palette, be inspired, people!
